Drs Recommendation

Hi I know it's a long shot but I was just wondering is anyone a patient at Primrose Hill Drs Regent Park Road. London nw1
My Drs has too many patients, some of the receptionists are rude and it's hard to get an appointment. ( Due to too many patients )
I just wondered if anyone would recommend PH Drs and if so why
