Here at MNHQ we want to find out what are the key issues faced by women who want to return to work or set up business on their own.

We're looking for folks to complete this short survey who are:
a) looking to start working again after a period of time out of the workplace
b) returning to work after maternity leave, or
c) thinking about setting up their own business (whether you are doing paid work now or not)

The results of the survey will help inform the planning of a one-day event being hosted by Mumsnet focussing on 'Returning to Work & Entrepreneurship'.
