Very late to comment on this - I couldn't get them locally so it had to wait until I went to a big supermarket. We tried the pulled pork one - it was very easy to use and everyone in the family liked it. However I do pulled pork in the slow cooker that's not masses more hassle, but tastes far better. So it was fine, and definitely quick and easy in terms of preparation, but probably not something I'd go back to. I've got one of the others to try too so we'll see how that one goes.

I particularly liked the fact that the sauce appeared nice and thick, it gave me confidence to think that maybe this small pouch could produce lots of sauce and flavour.

The Beef & Ale sauce was amazing! I put my meat in the slow cooker along with a bag of mixed casserole veg, cooked on high for 4 hours and then put it on low until we were ready to eat it. The sauce was delicious! It was really rich.

I have recommended the sauces to members of my family already and my sister is going to let me know what she thinks of the chicken curry one.

I would love to see the white wine sauce they produce currently as a slow cooker variety as chicken in white wine sauce is delicious!

We tried the slow cooker pulled pork

I love how easy it is - just pour over the meat, being a concentrate it doesn't make the meal sloppy so the pork was just right.
The flavour was just right for the kids and us - smoky and sweet with just a touch of spice.
I have recommended to my friends and will continue to purchase.
I'm looking forward to trying the beef and ale casserole
I'd love to see a spag Bol too!

So easy and convenient to use. The sachet made it very easy to ensure I got all the product out without having to fish around with a spoon like you do with a jar!

Great taste! We tried the chicken curry and the pulled pork and both were amazing. Lots of slow cooker sauces go watery during the cooking process but we didn't have that problem with these.

Would definitely recommend. They are the best slow cooker sauces I have tried. No loss of flavour, kept the meats succulent and not at all watery.

Finally found the chicken curry and beef and ale in stock in my local Tesco. Too late to complete Homepride survey but thought I'd leave feedback on here anyway

I made the chicken curry. Really good - bit mild for my taste so would add chilli powder or fresh chilli next time. And maybe chopped red pepper. Chicken very tender and sauce good.

No. The packet was small, too thick and expensive for what it was.

I won't use again. More flavour from herbs and spices I have at home

I was only able to find beef and ale. I don't like beef so I made it with gammon and chicken. It tasted gorgeous with the shredded chicken, but very salty with the gammon.

I liked that it's just a case of pouring it in and leaving it to do its thing. We could only get one flavour and I wasn't looking forward to it when I smelled rosemary. But it was gorgeous.

I would recommend them if it was easy to find the other flavours.

I'd love to see mild chilli I know it's an option but I didn't see it in any of our shops, bolognaise, something to compliment gammon.

Yes because of how easy it was, if people arn't used to slow cooking it could be a good start of a familar dish that is impossible to mess up.

I have now tried the Chicken Curry and it was just as easy as the Pulled Pork. I used mini chicken breast fillets rather than the thigh and a full 400g tin of tomatoes. All the family enjoyed it (2 adults, 6yo, 2yo) and although it wasn’t really spicy that suits the children and means it is a meal we can all eat. I would recommend it for anyone who is wanting to save time as it took less than 5 mins to prepare. When served with naan and microwave rice, it is a super quick meal.

As you weren't able to use the vouchers online I hadn't been able to get any to try as have only been doing click and collect. I did manage to get a couple in Morrison's yesterday as I went in, so will be trying them ASAP!

I tried the chicken curry and chilli con carne and they were both delicious. Very easy to use, they are a good price and would buy them again. I would like to see a sweet and sour one as it's a family favourite. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I love my slow cooker and these sauces were amazing. I would love to see a casserole version and spaghetti bolognese or a stroganoff version. I would definitely try new flavours in addition to adding the current flavours to my shopping list! Full of flavour and so easy to use and gives the family a great meal.

The ease of use, the affordability, still felt like I was making a home made meal, more like cutting a corner than cheating Great flavours, hoping they'll extend the range.

The depth of flavour and how it complemented the meat. The beef was especially tasty. We tried the beef and ale one and the chilli one as that was what was available in the supermarket.

I would recommend to family and friends who enjoy a good home cooked meal but sometimes struggle for ideas. The sauces are inexpensive and the range is good.

I'd like to see a sauce for a lamb dish as that's always good in the slow cooker, maybe a beef stroganoff too.

They were very easy to make a tasty meal. Often when I’m using the slow cooker I want to throw everything in quickly in the morning before I get on with other things, the sauces were great for that.

I left a review earlier in the thread. That was for the chicken curry which we didn't like. But, I found the beef and ale variety in my local Sainsburys. I would buy that one again. Thick, rich and tasty.
