Miscarriage feels like it's never ending

I am currently having a miscarriage. Noticed bleeding when I went to the toilet. Went up to A&E on the Friday ( 14/12) spent 7 hours there which they said my blood tests showed I was still pregnant and my blood levels were good. They asked if they could swob me to check for infection, as I sat on the bed I could feel the blood everywhere. The doctor didn't seem concerned until he swobbed and he could obviously see the clots that I was holding. He then said he'd clean what he could, which was the most horrific procedure ice had so far. He scrapped everything he could from me using what he said were forceps. He said someone would call to book me in for a scan as my 12 week scan was booked in for 04/01. The doctor rang me an hour after I got in and said to go up on the Monday morning. At the scan they confirmed there was no heartbeat and where I should of been 10 weeks the baby was measuring 8. The doctor said as I had experienced blood loss and clotting all weekend It seemed I would miscarry naturally. That was on the 17th. I had a follow up appointment on the 27th where they confirmed the baby and sac were still there. They gave me medication and sent me home. I had some cramps and bleeding but everything stopped yesterday. I now have to wait until tomorrow to ring the hospital back and see what I can do next. I feel this is never ending. I feel no one can understand how I'm feeling. People are asking how I am and it's easier to say I'm fine rather than explain how I'm actually feeling. I apologise for the long post, I just felt I needed to write this down in hope of dealing with it some how.

@ale2992 oh I'm sorry! At least it's come back fairly soon though! It's been 39 days since my op and I still haven't had a period! I'm also not pregnant 😢 Do you do temping? I would highly recommend it. I only started this month but it's showing that I'm in my 2ww and when I ovulated.

First AF has arrived since miscarriage very light bleed but bad cramping and back pain 👎🏻😩

No I wasn’t offered anything told me to ring up 2 days from when I went about the bleeding starting just told me to go home and let it happen naturally it happened the next day and wen I rang she said from what I had told her everything had come away just been spotting on n off brown to bright red for about 2 weeks now iv got no pain or anything x

Just to say- I’ve FINALLY cleared everything. One month and a half later! I feel like I’ve got my life back.

@melissayoung85 Did they scan you? Tiny bleed means most cleared. Apparently should come away with next period.

It’s been 4 weeks since my missed miscarriage I got a negative pregnancy test today and was signed off by the early pregnancy nurse am still spotting is that normal? She said am probably getting my period but has the test has come back negative everything must have come away x

@Flyfisherlady I'm glad to hear that you've stopped bleeding. Fingers crossed you don't need the D&C on Thursday and good luck for trying again Smile

Fingers crossed I’ve finally stopped bleeding... one month and a half later. D&C booked for Thursday if not. Can’t wait to move on. I’ve been going since 17th December!

Started feeling like AF is coming today. Cramps, sore boobs and back ache, hope not but we'll see.

@ale2992 again, I'm in a similar position. SIL is pregnant and was 7 weeks behind me but I obviously am not ahead anymore! My best friend also had a baby a couple of weeks ago. We will get there again!

I've been temping because ovulation sticks weren't very accurate for me and according to my temperature I'm due on AF on 5th Feb. I did a pregnancy test this morning though and was BFN but I will hold out u TIL 5th Feb now! Have you ever tried temping? xx

Think what's worst at the moment is My best friend is pregnant, would have been 4 weeks ahead of me. Thought I was ok with it until I saw her last night it was hard think I managed to keep my happy for you face on though. It just reminds me of what I could have had and what I'm trying to hard to get again

@ale2992 I would wait another 7 days to be sure. I also started trying again before my first period after surgery and don't know when I should be expecting it. It's driving me mad!

So first attempt at trying this month since my miscarriage, we didn’t DDT as mush as we should but on the right days.
I’m now 7dpo and have been testing and getting negatives, is it still too early or am I definitely not pregnant this time?
Not 100% when I’m due AF as my OH and I decided to try before waiting for a cycle.
One app tells me 30th, another 31st and then another 2nd?

@kittycat01 apparently your body can attempt to ovulate but not fully? I thought I had then got a darker line several days after

Still bleeding here. Surgery booked for the 1st Feb two lots of Misoprostol. One ordinary scrape. All started on the 17th December.... poor me!

@ale2992 I'm in a similar situation to you. I had surgical management on Christmas Eve, a BFN on 6th Jan and according to the Clear Blue OKPs and the cheapy green ones I've ovulated 3 times since 6th Jan and yesterday! What is going on?!?

How long did it take for you to get a negative test? It’s been 3 weeks today since my missed miscarriage started am just spotting now no heavy bleeding or anything is that normal to be still spotting? I had a natural miscarriage x

Ok now I'm confused according to my test today I'm ovulating again? But according to the one on Sunday that I took I was ovulating then also? Today's line was darker than Sundays but Sundays was still much darker than the test line
