I haven't had a period for about 18 months, and a few months ago started using HRT patches to help sort out hot flushes, insomnia and general low mood. This is working really well, and I feel great, so happy with that.
But yesterday I started spotting, and today I'm having a full on period (not horribly heavy, but a definite period). Is this normal? Should I be worried, and contact my GP?
