Ohh I'd love to come, since we are regular visitors to the South Devon/Plymouth area, but just know I couldn't manage a child-free evening, which is what you'll want, without doubt If you ever decide to go for a day slot, plus children, let me know. The date just might coincide with one of our trips - we may be around over the whitsun half term week and definitely around early August.

I noticed this thread this afternoon and have been putting off posting really. I'm really sorry, but I'm not going to make it. I said OK to 4th April as it was supposed to be a weekend when I would be dropping ds with his dad, (and therefore near Bath anyway) but it's not now - he's going tomorrow so this weekend is our massive drive there and back to drop him off (Devon - Bristol x 4 journeys, so 800 miles round trip) Sorry, but I really can't face doing the drive again next weekend too. I was so looking forward to meetng you all too - maybe next time I'll just wait until the last minute to put my hand up - if it's a weekend when I'm up that way I'll come and if it isn't I won't. Have a great time.

Oops,sorry Batey went zipping past this thread earlier in search of a more fruity one,like you do,then completely forgot to post a note here before I left.Anyway,you'll wish you hadn't asked in a min...because..it's a bit long .I'm hoping to get the night off work which I did ask for a while back when I asked for some other days off at same time,well seeing as they forgot about a couple of days I had booked off before they may not have booked me off.So,will have to phone soon.Can't phone for a day or two.Then have to persuade dh to drive me as still not sure how to get to Bath on my tod and persuade him to stay at my mums for the night.But yes,pretty sure I can make it.
