Girls Girls Girls, the kiddies have to be left sometime with DP/DH's etc, it's only one night. Come out and enjoy.

I'm up for coming and will share a room.

CNR - Nottingham is actually about the same distance as Derby.

WSM if you can get to Tamworth which is an hour from Worcester, I'll take you to Nottingham.

WM you do smell (only kiddin), how's kiddies.

Which Moat House is it JanJR? The one in the centre (Royal Moat House) or the one on Mansfield Road? Ditto on the Holiday Inn - the one in the centre of town or the one at the Marina? Not that it makes a huge difference unless anyone was looking forward to walking through the city centre on their way back to the train station. And may be a difference with parking charges, with central hotels having pay parking and free in the others. E.g I think overnight parking for guests at the Royal is £6-£10.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I trust DH. Just not feeling ready myself at moment. Maybe it is because of all the change we have had recently anyway what with moving (especially with the on/off upheavals) and then going on holiday. Mollie is so out of routine at the moment I really wouldn't want to at the moment, but equally can't really plan too far ahead either in terms of staying out at night - we go on holiday again in October half term so may have to start all over again then too!

I am sure I will see people at other more local meets though so never mind. Nottingham takes me quite a while to get to anyway.

This will be the first time that I have left Lauren overnight.
I trust DP to cope without me though.

Not sure but probably notbeing able to get there to be honest. Nottingham is actually quite a drive away from Sheffield centre and not keen on staying over (never left DD overnight so far).

Hope you all have a lovely time though.

Sorry to take so long WSM to get back - fitting virus software on pc took longer than I expected!!

Trains from Worcester to Nottingham take around 2 hours (although if you choose the wrong journey time I found one journey of nearly three hours ). There are some direct trains and some you change at Birmingham, but that would seem to have very little overall effect on journey time. I also found out that the cost of a return is about £20 for a saver-type ticket or £25 for an open return (and only £11.40 for a single - how weird is that??)

See I told you I'm Mrs Timetable.......
