Is your local nursery full? Are you on a waiting list for childcare?

I am the Local Democracy Reporter for Buckinghamshire. I am currently writing a story about childcare.

From April, working parents of 2-year-olds will be able to access 15 hours childcare support. From September 2024, 15 hours childcare support will be extended to eligible working parents of children from the age of 9 months to 3-year-olds.

I would like to hear from parents in Buckinghamshire about their experiences.

. Have you found it difficult to get a nursery place?
. Has the scheme lowered your childcare costs?
. Is it helping you return to work?
. When will a nursery place be made available for your child?
