"I wonder if you might be able to help. I'm a health journalist researching an article for the Mail on Sunday on so-called NHS talking therapies for anxiety and depression etc.

I'm looking to speak to someone who was referred for treatment but found it a waste of time, didn't complete the course.

New figures suggest up to half of patients drop out - it's thought because many find it no help, even though it's often the only help available on the NHS. If interested, please contact Pat via [email protected] by Wednesday 20th March."
