I'm trying to get back into low carbing after falling off the wagon for 3 weeks and putting on nearly a stone.
Previously I found it pretty easy but my weight plateaued and just wouldn't shift past a certain point. It was pointed out that dairy plays a big part in my daily diet, especially cream in tea and cooking.
I was just wondering if using Koko coconut milk as an alternative in my tea might reduce my calorie intake enough to still use cream in my meals. I don't have loads to lose (less than a stone now) and suspect that before although I ate low carb, it was just too many calories.
Koko is very low fat though compared to cream so not sure how this would affect things.
TIA for any advice.
