Weight Loss Stalled

Hello all, I am 4 weeks in to low carbing and have lost 6 kilos so far which I am ecstatic about. This week my weight loss has stalled even though I have been sticking to the rules plus I've upped my fat and water intake even more.

Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't expect to continue at the week 1 rate but I'm disappointed not have a lost any this week.

It's very common for this to happen in weeks 3, 4 or even 5. Just keep on keeping on - you know it works!

Apparently it's very common around week 3/4 to stall, potentially for a couple of weeks but I've read that if you keep going it kick starts again. Good luck.
