My ds is 8 and I am a size 8/10 but i still have a little jelly belly and my tummy button looks like someone did a cross-stitch in the middle of a cushion (iykwim).. my ex-BF had no kids, but actually LIKED my tummy, he used to cuddle it! but i will never wear a bikini again..

I'm pretty unimaginitive when it comes to cooking for just me, I am bored, bored, BORED with stir-frys but they are so easy!

I feel the same about the stretchmarks and true, if I loose this weight the skin will still be saggy but first things first eh

I've joined another thread to help with the motivation. Lots on there trying to loose weight too so it's not such a lonesome road and can be a laugh too.

I'll keep going and deal with the 'leftovers' then

WW only really a struggle because I'm not very imaginative when it comes to food so I'm getting sick of boiled veg and salad but got a few handy tips on the other thread so things are looking up.

chat ye later

i have got one and tonnes of stretch marks. i was really worried the first time i got with someone after ds but once i'd got passed that i actually realised having a baby has made me much more confident about my body even though it looks much worse! i figure if they know you've got a baby they expect it.

I'll join the SALAD club

ds2 is 10 weeks and i'm on my own again. I too only seem to go home to nursery and back again. Ventured out for the night last week and hated it! And do I really want to meet a man? I mean, dh's may well except your flaws, but it is rather daunting to think that you've got to expect someone new to accept them all too!

Aloveheart, well one difference - my 7yo is a DD.

I was so worried about dp seeing it for the first time I used to get into bed with pj's pretending I was cold {blush] for MONTHS! I'd get warm then and take them off under the cover. I remember the first time I woke up and his arm was around me resting on my saggy tum and I started to cry cos I thought he'd be disgusted but he wasn't and he let me know

Despite all the things he does to annoy me - leaving crusty socks [yuk!] on the floor, farting really loud and laughing, drinking soda from the bottle and getting dd hyper before bed - I love the way he loves me....rolls and all

I given up on the briget jones type pants and just go for normal high wasited pants that sit over my bump. Never got pants that do the job and are comfortable.

I hate the fact that all the lovely bra and pant sets just now have silly little pants which after seethrough or just too skimpy.

I'm near Guildford in Surrey! Maybe we should start a MNers "salad" night out (Sad And Lonely And Desperate...) I'm happy to admit it these days, if I didn't admit it, I would be in denial ...!
