Can you calculate children separately for Child maintainence when they stay with NRP different amounts of nights?

Just that really, if the NRP has his children overnight, but one child much much fewer nights a year can you take separate calculations for each? I tried on the online calculator and it's basically saying he should be paying 100 pounds more a month than he is. Might this be right?

thinking about going through csa/whatever they are called now as a job change means I no longer know what he is earning/whether he is being truthful. Do csa know exactly what he's earning when they do it through them or do they still rely on him being truthful?

It is a veritable nightmare.
My Ex has 2 with me - minimal contact, ONs etc, he has one with the OW - they are now splitting up and she thinks she should get more than me!

They are doing it 50:50 - I could wish!

They currently think I should get one third and she gets the other 2 thirds because I have managed so obviously do not need the monies but hse does.

3 lawyers : 3 different answers and they all agreed she would not get 2 thirds but what we all got - varied massively.

CSA takes the maintenance straight out of wages so would be off real earnings. No idea about the differing overnight visits though.

Good luck Smile

I don't know the answers to your question...However if you phone them.. they are very helpful without having to registrer... If you seriously consider he is telling you he erans far less then definately worth doing it through them
