Make your Christmas that extra bit special with a visit to Santa's Front Room. With the help of their elves, Mr. and Mrs. Claus have been working hard all year and cannot wait to meet every one of you.

We have lovingly recreated Santa’s famous arctic home in the North Pole, and invite everyone to experience the magic for themselves. See your child’s face light up when their name is written on the nice list in Santa’s special book, and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa topped with cream and marshmallows.

THREE MAGICAL PACKAGES
We have three magical packages from which to choose. Whether it’s an enchanting experience with Mr. and Mrs. Claus, or a family breakfast and dinner with Santa; you’re sure to find just the right experience to delight and inspire your little ones.

Breakfast with Santa; Children are treated to a delicious breakfast at The Front Room, after which Santa invites them to collect their special gift.
Dinner with Santa; Children are treated to a delicious dinner at The Front Room, after which Santa invites them to collect their special gift.
Enchanted Wonderland; Guided by Mrs. Claus, children will discover their elf name and explore the enchanted wonderland we’ve created. Afterwards they’ll be invited into Santa’s front room where they’ll meet Father Christmas and receive a special gift.

SOMETHING FOR THE PARENTS
While the children are enjoying the wonders of Christmas, parents can sit back and relax with The Front Room's selection of teas, coffees, homemade toasties, special treats and much more.

RELAXED SESSION
Meeting Santa for the time can be pretty overwhelming- so we’ve created a relaxed session for children who need a little more flexibility. This session is great for children with disabilities or neurodiversity.
