Actually, it's bloody shameful that some people think it's a joke.

"it doesn't excuse penetration without permission. on either sex".

I agree entirely, but there are many scenes where the strip show has moved way, way, way beyond the old adage of 'look but don't touch'. It's possible that they booked a show/performer that was really not for tourists. This stag party didn't just hire a 1980s-style strippergram, she was paid to use sex toys - as provided by an assistant no less - and, more importantly, to physically interact with the men. And they were, by all accounts, happy with that, even to being stripped and bent over (curious behaviour for a man being described as 'deeply conservative', but that's solicitors for you) right up until the penetration. Deeply shocking to them but it may all be in days work to her. I'm not defending her, she should be professional enough to check her clients requirements. And men booking women for sexual pleasure should make sure they know what they're buying. As Callisto said at start of the thread, "utterly sordid from start to finish".

And my earlier comment was deriding every idiotic judge that rules that a glass of wine in a public house or an above-the-knee skirt is an open invitation.

That is a good point sprogger. I see what you mean.

But still, it was a horrible and very painful assault.

Unpleasant all round.

"Not saying at all that the guy deserved it, not at all and he does have my sympathy but you would not catch me in that situation ever."

BigGitDad - you sound like a middle aged old woman tut tutting at a twenty something woman who has gone out, had a few drinks and got raped walking home wearing a short skirt.

How judgey can you get?

BigGitDad has a point though. He was on all fours with his trousers down, what did he think she was going to do?

If a woman was taking part in a hen party stripper show and found herself with her knickers around her ankles on all fours and the stripper had a dildo in his hand, it doesn't take a big leap to forsee what might happen surely?

And no he didn't deserve to be anally raped (who does?) but semi naked on all fours? Come on.

Not taking away from his trauma but I wonder honestly how much sympathy would be given to a woman who was in the same position?
This has more to do with a MAN BEING PENETRATED horror than anyting else imho
