yes I see what you mean at work they keep sending me my sick notes back cos he has written for 2 weeks etc so I';ve just started filling the date out myself I normally put 26/07/09 I would go back on the 27th and have had no probs with HR

which day did he date your sick note with? and did he write 2 weeks in the space or out an actual date eg' until 27th August?

I've just got one for 4 weeks and it just says 4 weeks and is dated from yesterday so I would normally take this as I go back 4 weeks today
