Feeling of a constant cold

Hi, just wondered if anyone has any tips. I seem to have had what has been a constant cold for about 7 weeks. Blocked up, sinus pain, cough (which is actually subsiding) and headaches. Just generally feeling rubbish and can't seem to shift anything. I have been to the doctor who said sinusitis but that was a couple of weeks ago. They ran blood tests a few weeks back and all came back fine which is great so I know there is nothing too wrong but I'm fed up of feeling rubbish and lacking in energy. I have taken paracetamol and sudafed and inhaled olbas oil. Any other tips gratefully received! Thank you.

I’ve had this for about 8 weeks, then this weekend, it’s all come out. I started on Contac to decongest and religiously took it every 4 hours and took myself to bed.... three days later, I feel a lot better and feels like it’s on its way out.

Just cough and bit of a headache left!

I'll be watching this as I am now into month 8 and counting ... can't sleep for coughing and so fed up with it all. I've tried everything and my x-ray is clear. Had antibiotics and steriods and nothing helped. Awaiting a ENT referral but that will take ages sigh
