Had antibiotic for 2 weeks...now very sore tum...

I've had recurring, in fact non-stop sinusitis since early December. Doctor prescribed 2 week course of anti-biotics which sorted sinus problem.
BUT my stomach is so,so sore!! I was up last night for two hours, moaning and groaning to myself. i'm really dreading tonight as though it's quite painful in the day it's dreadful at night.
I've looked up anti-bio, doxycycline, and found that it can have this effect. (I should have checked before taking them, I know, blame blind faith in my lovely GP)
Can any one advise me on a way to ease my stomach? I've had IBS in the past, am veggie and am trying to avoid too much dairy as I think it contributes to sinus problems.
