worried about rash

basically over the weekend i had a really bad throbbing headache which has lasted until today. on monday i was really achy and had a sore throat and then yesterday a cough came and i've been having shivers, hot sweats and a temperature and i had a bit of a stiff neck yesterday and today but that could be from having my pillow too high. when i eat i've been getting stomach pain aswell. i've been quite tired and sleeping a lot but it just seemed like a cold so i haven't been to the doctors. i've been taking cough medicine, nasal spray throat sweets, paracetomol etc. anyway i've just noticed this rash at the top of both of my arms in line with my arm pit. it doesn't cover a big area - one about as long as my little finger. the dots are like tiny red pin pricks.

yes but i'm not really sure whats meant to happen. if its not meningitus is the rash meant to not be visible under the glass at all or just less visible?

sounds like a viral thing tbh.
are you worried about meningitis? have you done the glass test on the rash
