Have you tried sleeping with one of those nasal strips on? It stops mouth breathing and a friend has had great results with it HTH

Hi

No, I don't have facebook. I can't be on there because of my children. I am too scared to phone the doctor, how stupid am I? I am going to bed at 8 again tonight. TBH this is getting me down more than having depression but it is taking my mind off my breast ultrasound next week.
