Do we have one running? If not is anyone up for giving Jamie Oliver's new Veg book a go with me for October?

Recipes I've seen from it look good and my kids are big Jamie fans so I'm going to try and get them involved too. Thinking the allotment cottage pie and greens mac n cheese are going to be my starting recipes. There are recipes available online from the book too with all the promo from the release.

So I've made the green mac and cheese again minus Broccoli 🥦. OK basically I made my own white sauce recipe using his method and added leeks and spinach. I've massively over estimated and in left with a large tub of cheese sauce. We had mac and cheese last night, and I have one in the fridge for fri or sat so I'm wondering if I could freeze the cheese sauce??? There's so much I don't want to throw it out. I used hm croutons sprinkled instead of almonds, purely because we don't have them in the kitchen.

Cheese sauce will freeze fine.
