A friend brought chocolate eggs for the dc and two goose eggs for me.
I've had one scrambled (yum!) and am thinking of baking a cake with the other. Just a standard creamed vanilla sponge, using equal weights of egg, flour, sugar and butter.
Anyone with experience of baking with goose eggs, should I do anything differently?
