Freezer meals.

I feel daft for asking but I don't know what to do. We need to save money.
So want to bulk buy and fill the freezer.
Can someone please help me out with ideas for meals to Freeze.
I've done stews and currys.
Nothing with pasta please.

cottage pie, chicken fried rice or chilli con carne freeze well.

Twice baked potatoes.

Bake jacket potatoes as usual.

Then cut in half and take out the flesh and just leave a border, then mash with

Fried chopped bacon, onion and cheese

or

Butter, tuna, onion and sweetcorn

Then put back into potato shells and they can be frozen and re heated topped with grated cheese.

Or any of your usual fillings.

Oooh, I love good freezer meals. Do you have a crockpot?

Do you eat soups.

What about

Soup are both easy to freeze and are budget friendly add some rice, pearl barley, soup mix or potatoes to add baulk.

Make up some sandwiches say cheese or Cheese and ham and then toast from frozen and have the soup.

My favourite freezer crockpot meal is cool ranch chicken tacos. You can use boneless chicken thighs or chicken breasts (as in the recipe), and it's all just oil, red wine vinegar, and spices you probably have around the house. Even still, I've omitted a few here and there that I didn't have on hand and it's always turned out really good. You can freeze it in a large freezer bag and then just defrost in the fridge overnight and throw in the crockpot in the morning.

Add tortillas and you have a super cheap and easy meal!
