Whats for dinner?

For us, it was meant to be kedgeree (forgot to defrost fish) or macaroni cheese (not enough milk for cheese sauce and I can't be bothered to go to the shop).

So now it's either linguine with pesto and feta, or beans/cheese/egg on toast!

Nothing - DH offered to cook tonight but as our evening plans are all different it makes sense for him to eat with DS after I have gone out.

Disclaimer - I had lunch at 3pm, am very overweight & can easily miss a meal and what he is cooking is not really something I like much.

A shop bought Cajun chicken pizza with homemade smoked paprika sweet potato wedges. Lots of soured cream to dip wedges in too!

Kids had rice with cod and veg baked in the oven.

DH and I are having a creamy broccoli/butter bean/courgette pie with puff pastry lid. He is going to be late home and I am eating aaaaaall the snacks because i am hungry now!

Freezer food Wednesday will be some form of breaded chicken and chips with brocolli for me and dh - I work late and go to the gym on Wednesday.

The kids have paella leftover from yesterday.
