So you use it just in place of a whisk? Is it more powerful than a normal electric hand whisk

I can't be bothered to test kitchen this thing

You can make great aubergine caviar in it with the dough attachement , it sort of pulls them apart instead of reducing them to mush.

If you eat meat you can also make delicious rillettes, for pork ones for example you cook pork belly in white wine with thyme, bay leaves and garlic in a deep dish in the oven for about 5 hours and then you put them in the kitchen aid with the dough attachement while it is still hot, mix it up so the stringy bits detach and then put it in pots and top with melted goose or duck fat.

You can add things like lemon or orange zest and nutmeg etc.

If you stérilise the pots they will keep for a couple of months.

Enjoy your kitchen aid... and perhaps give it a name ... mine's called Edouard .

Anything where something soft is mixed with something less soft. Like mixing eggs and ricotta. Impossible by hand. Quick and simple with the mixer. And cakes, meringue, whipping eggs or cream...
