A good (easy) recipe to use up salmon?

Thinking some kind of pasta but open to any suggestions?

Fry some veg in a little olive oil, add chunks of salmon, add some philly, melt philly (maybe with a splash of milk) and serve over pasta.

Or have it cold as a salad.

Or make fishcakes.

Soften chopped onion in frying pan, add cream and veg stock Bring to boil, reduce to thicken, add chopped peppers.
Cook pasta, drain and rinse under cold tap (removes starch and stops it sticking together)

Add pasta and salmon to cream sauce, stir through on low heat to warm up. Plate up, add parmesan cheese and garlic bread. (Also works with chicken)
