Sausages! Does anyone have a tasty recipe to share?

Pretty please . Got a packet to use up. Usually do a sausage pasta bake with a passata and marscapone sauce but fancy a change.

Italian sausage casserole

Brown 6 sausages & remove from casserole dish
Soften 1 onion, 1 stick celery & 1 carrot in pan
Add handful of mushrooms
Cut sausages in half and add back into dish
Add glass of red wine and boil
Add can of cannellini beans (drained)
Add 2 cans of cherry tomatoes in juice and refil 1 can with water and add
Season and add some rosemary
Cook in oven for 1hr or until sauce lovely and thick and yummy
Serve with warm bread and lots of butter!

Just bumping this up. I cooked this tonight. It's the recipe that Lurkingfromhome recommended up-thread. Absolutely delicious even though I used Denny sausages and they sure as heck didn't crumble.

Pity the kids didn't like it but they're fussy eaters and that's the story of my life. Anyway, really recommend it!
