Pie recipe

I love pastry and eat lots of quiche which DH finds "revolting". He prefers things like steak pie. I am looking for a recipe for a pie or tart which we will both enjoy using shortcrust pasty and following the criteria below

1. Not a creamy sauce
2. No cheese
3. Not spicy
4. Preferably not red meat although mince is fine
5. No fish.

Thanks angus, I think the eggs in the first one would revolt DH and he ain't that keen on mushrooms either.
