Can I freeze cooked quinoa?

Trying to plan ahead for weekend of mass catering... Can I cook my quinoa well in advance, portion up and freeze?

Yes you can - I have successfully frozen cooked quinoa (and other grains) from room temperature. Took about a minute in the microwave to defrost a small takeaway container's worth.
