I made a gooseberry crumble today which I originally needed for tomorrow but now need it to keep til Tuesda. I havent cooked it yet, but its in the dish, raw gooseberries with crumble mix on top. Should I:

a) do nothing, leave it in the fridge til tues and cook it then?
b) cook it now, then refrierate til tues?
c) put it in the freezer now (raw) then cook on tues?
d) cook now, then freeze?

Thanks!!

I think A, as long as Gooseberries aren't too ripe - HTH

I reckon that crumbles improve with keeping. I, however, would cook it now and just heat it up to crispen the top up on Tuesday. Better still, cold crumble with cream.
