Mini pill & depression

I had my baby 6 weeks ago and have been generally feeling fine mentally. I went on the mini pill 5 days ago. After two doses I've started to feel stressed and anxious. Very low. How do I know if it's the pill or just because having a newborn is so hard? I shouted at my baby today
Prior to baby I was on combined pill and my mood would plummet during the 7 day break so I know I can be affected by hormones but I don't want to come off the pill if it's likely to pass
