So at the beginning of April I decided to take advantage of lockdown and take up exercise having not really done any for a while. I've been mixing up 30 Day Shred and c25k and managing one a day most days ( 1 day off a week). Am now on level 3 of Shred and definitely feel that I am stronger in both arms and abs than when I started. Not made any dietary changes (except possibly for the worse - this is lockdown after all) so not totally surprised that I don't seem to have made much of a difference either measurement wise or scales wise but DP has said he thinks he can see a difference.
However the last 5 or so days I've really suffered in my lower abdomen - cramps, a general heaviness, bloating and a lot of gas....
Has anyone else experienced similar as a result of exercising or do I need to be worried about other possible causes of cramping, internal "movements" and lack of girth reduction or weightloss...?
