I damaged my arm/shoulder so had to give up my usual fitness routine (body weight classes, swimming & cycling). After feeling sorry for myself for a few months and eating like a pig I'm getting my fitness back through running but still lacking any definition or tone so looking to add a 10/15 workout onto my running sessions. I've tried a couple of YouTube videos but none have inspired me so wondering if anyone can recommend a particular person to follow or specific workouts? I'm wanting to target abs, strengthen legs & firm up my saggy arse!
Any other suggestions for weight/body weight exercises that don't involve the arms (well, one at least ) gratefully received.
