We are trapped in the tailspin of the end of the UK. Firmly headed downward and getting more and more frenzied and desperate.

Even the most sensible of types like David Allen Green have finally noticed that Brexit isn't about leaving the EU it's about the frenzied and wilful destruction of our state instutions and structure. The collapse of the civil service, of our justice system, our democratic institutions and social order. All in the name of rule Britannia, a warped sense of taking back control to preserve an ideal that never existed and an idea of sovereignity that simply was a fantasy.

We move ever closer to Johnson becoming Prime Minister and a life under President Trump.

So HoC have made a law that only the UK will respect about a No Deal without even considering they are only on one side? Sorry to feel as though we are going around in circles, but what the hell difference does this make to our chances of No Deal? Yes Bojo can't prorogue Parliament, but he doesn't even have to if no one signs WA. As I keep saying he just has to sit on his arse for a few weeks and do nothing and we No Deal anyway. It isn't a new tactic for Etonians > path of least resistance.

I go through moments of utterly despairing what people of all nations are voting for. What the fuck has happened to society to make people so selfish and turn against each other?

I think consumerism is to blame and being able to hide behind a pc and people not really socialising properly anymore probably doesn't help.

Clark
Stewart

Nokes, Perry and Mundell all voted with the Government

Karen Bradley is on an official visit to Northern Ireland

Jeremy Hunt was slipped, as are both candidates for the duration of the leadership campaign

Obviously it's just some random maniac on Twitter but I see one of the replies to that Steven Swinford link mentions "drain the swamp". So more evidence of a link between Trump and Brexit philosophy.

@Cheesegreater I don’t believe all brexiteers are evil, life and people are not binary. I believe they are misguided maybe especially if they still support an exit now, I would love to know his updated thoughts.

I still support Timpson. I imagine he and I will still have a lot of societal opinions in common.

I’d prefer him to letter-boxes, stop investigating historic abuse, fuck business Brexiteer Johnson any day....

@Cheesegreater I didn’t know that. I’ll go and read his reasoning but in any case it does not discredit him as a philanthropist which is why I bought him up in the first place.
