Hi I have to write a timetable / outline of what I intend to teach my 6year old as I am temporarily homeschooling,

I don't have a set plan however I have a basic plan which the education services have asked for, does this plan meet standards in your opinion ? Also how many hours a day/ week do you teach your child/children?

Mon- English, Maths
Tues- Science , English
Wednesday- Maths, History
Thursday- Geography, Language
Friday- Adventure days , (Art, DT, PE, Libary,)
Saturday- Social days, Activities.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated ! X

Are you homeschooling because school wasn't working or because you are without a school and intending to keep up so your DC can slot seamlessly back in asap?

There is a home education section. You will get more response there.

IME very little is expected and those who do check try to work with you rather than judging you. The LEA should give you info on groups in your area where you can meet others who are home educating.
