A colic relieving cot - have I imagined this ?!!

I'm sure I've seen a magic colic relieving cot, while browsing the net,but each time I type in a description, I just get the Amby hammock or similar. I really hope I've not imagined this as I'm preg again(DS number 1 had shocking colic & I'm gonna be more prepared this time). I'm sure it was invented by a mum who had a LO with colic. Has anyone heard of this product or is this wishful thinking ?

Thanks for your post, I did indeed elevate my DS 1 when he suffered from reflux all those months ago(he's 17 months now & well over all that). This cot was akin to a baby hammock that rocked baby & kept up a gentle motion, which was supposed to lull baby to sleep...

Don't know about a colic relieving cot, but we were recommended to raise the head end of the bed and then roll a towel into a "sausage" and lay in a "U" shape on the cot and pop baby in so that there bottom sits at the bottom of the "U".

This should have the same effect. With colic you are just elevating the baby so that the stomach acid cannot come up out of the stomach.
