So with the new lockdown rules from Thursday it says you can meet one other person who is from another household outdoors, does that mean I can meet with my DS another person with her DS? 🤦🏻‍♀️

In fact, applying a very tiny bit of common sense would have given them the answer that Nadine Dorries then provided. But no: it's not enough to work that out for yourself. You have to wait for the Big Authority to tell you that something is ok when it's patently ok anyway.

@Dongdingdong that’s very good of you to apologise (and personally I couldn’t care less if OP takes ten babies to the park) but the guidelines have actually been amended, exceptions weren’t included in the initial guidance (presumably because most Cabinet members have nannies who take their babies to the park so they can’t imagine it would be a problem for anyone).

No you can't. Because if you, your DH and your 2 DCs met with your friend Betty, you might be meeting with one other person, but she'd be meeting with 4.

It's 2 people, unless you are in a support bubble together.

If your DH wants to go for a bike ride with a mate rather than parent his children, that’s something you need to address, not insult older people who may not be seeing anyone day in day out.

I see were already back to the mumsnet ‘rules’ where you’re only allowed 1 15 minute walk per week and bread and milk are not essentials.

The actual rules state that you can meet one other person in a park or public space, not just for exercise. The risk outdoors is absolutely minimal in any event.

You can exercise or visit outdoor public places with the people you live with, your support bubble, or 1 person from another household.

Outdoor public places include:

parks, beaches, countryside,
public gardens (whether or not you pay to enter them), allotments
playgrounds

Has anyone said "JUST STAY THE FUCK AT HOME" yet?
