Even for me to be pregnant?

I gave birth to twins 5 weeks 2 days ago at 23+5. Sadly, I lost both my girls (one at 15 minutes old, one at 9 days) My lochia has been off and on, but never really stopped. I got a positive OPK last Thursday (did a pregnancy tests at the same time and previously, and got a BFN, so I know it wasn't pos. due to pregnancy) and then started with heavy bright red bleeding on Sunday. Rang on call GP who sent me to the hospital. To cut a long story short, they gave me tablets to empty my womb, which didn't do anything, then decided it might just have been my period. They gave me antibiotics as a precaution in case of infection.

Since last Sunday I have had light to moderate bleeding on and off. It seemed ot have stopped all day yesterday and the night before, but I had brown blood stained egg white textured discharge and then this morning have light bleeding/same discharge again.

I am feeling crampy off and on, but mild, but had this just before my last pregnancy was confirmed, although it feels and felt like AF then and now. I am 10 days post pos. OPK so 8 or 9 days post ovulation I think? Have tested but obviously got a BFN.

Could I still be pregnant with all this bleeding? I know some people do bleed at implantation and in early or throughout pregnancy, but how much?

I'm sure you will be pregnant again soon, even if this month doesn't turn out to be the one.

I hope you are doing ok. i had a MMC at 11 weeks and found that hard enough to cope with so I really do think you are an inspiration to have been through what you have recently and still be up for pregnancy etc.

Wishing you and your DH all the best.

Thanks for taking the time to answer, really appreciate it.

I have always got pregnant really easily before so I am hoping, obviously. It is just all the bleeding that makes me wonder if it is even possible.

I am trying not to get my hopes up, I know it's unlikely I am pregnant. I know it sounds awful, but although we want another baby, we are not looking forward to the pregnancy itself, and I feel that the sooner I am pregnant, the sooner we can get that bit out of the way, good or bad.

I will be disappointed if I am not pregnant (isn't everyone?!) but there is always next month...

i am only gonna say what you probably know already, you'll have to wait and test again as that is a bit early to get a positive.

i wanted to answer you asap cos I remember how heartbreaking it was for you to lose the girls and i wanted to be here to support you.

We are very fertile immediately after we've been pregnant (i do honestly believe that). So it is possible.

I completely understand your desire to be pregnant again asap because of what you have been through. But please try not to get your hopes up too much just incase you're not.

You are a very strong person to be trying again so soon and if anyone deserves to get preg quickly - it's you. Keep me up to date please.
