After a 21 day blood test that they weren't ovulating but actually are?

I have pcos and very irregular af, they can range from 30 - 150+ days.

I'm currently on cd58, I was taking my BBT and OPK's but read they weren't great for ladies with pcos so I bought an ovusense monitor, I'm on day 4 of using it but I wondered how many were told they don't ovulate but actually do....

I personally would continue to take BBT. Was the test done at exactly 21 days? That test is based on a 28 day cycle so when you have long cycles the result will likely come back as not ovulating as the test was done way too early for it to show up.
I don't have pcos but very irregular cycles and I took Angus castus and managed to get them fairly regular (32-36 days).
There's a FAM app called Kindara which I used to track bbt and cm. You can share your charts and ask the community, many of whom suffer from PCOS too. Might be worth having a look on there?
