🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧

A thread for all those who have suffered the loss of a much wanted baby. Affectionately know as the penguin huddle.

We'll start with a roll call as there have been so many new members lately and so many success stories that I think we've all lost track.

Thankyou ladies,
Feeling a bit numb today to be honest. Because I'm still not bleeding so I don't think it's quite hit home yet. Has anyone else had a loss at 6 weeks? How long did it take to start bleeding. Plus there was nothing on the scan does that mean I could have already bled it out. But I was only spotting before

@YellowDaffodils86 yep I really like temping. It has really helped me to see patterns and have more of an idea what my body is doing.
@Sickenedbyguilt so sorry you find yourself here.
@Anyday88 good luck! Will you test tomorrow?
@dreaminofholidays hope it turns into a nice dark line for you!
@Limum4 I've not had that but I do know about having a new symptom every month! It's a nightmare! Hope it's a good sign for you and not af.

I'll set up a new thread and roll call for us. I'll post a link soon x

@Anyday88 lol I'm like that too. How many dpo are you now

Report
Anyday88 · 30/06/2018 11:19

Sorry no experience of that @Lilimum4

I've just caved and bought two sets of two from amazon, coming in prime so will arrive tomorrow 🙈

Must resist testing 😂

Morning ladies.

5 dpo over here but I feel like AF is coming. The heavy dull crampy feeling you get when AF is coming. I've had it since ovulation. Does any one else ever get this this is yet another new one for me. Seems every month my body likes to give me something new that confuses me.

Are you 10dpo @dreaminofholidays? Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 for the frer

@anyday88 @hidcat I caved and tested this morning pretty certain it was a BFN, had a bit of line eyes of something ridiculously feint. Only had a clear blue. Will get a FRER & try again unless AF shows up in the meantime x

Hi,
TTC # 4
28
First MC at 6+3 (going through it now)
Not started trying again yet obviously just wanted to mark my place for when AF starts and I can start tracking my cycle again. I had failed morning after pill on 30/05/2018 and the Depo injection so that will have to come out of my system. Hopefully won't take too long to conceive Smile

I'm due on tomorrow. Have started feeling distinctly "periody" this evening... Not quite cramps, but you know something's up. And I have been ripening some stunning AF facial spots over the last couple of days. The one on my forehead wins first prize I think!!

The great news is that I've realised I'm a lot more regular than I expected to be. I've been on the pill since teenage with a brief stint off it in my very early 20s and my experience was having cycles which ranged from 28-36 days (and the occasional 40 dayer). I was going over my dates since first TTC in December this week. My First cycle was 30 days (and I believe I ovulated CD19), I got pregnant the next cycle, and then went through MMC. I've had two full cycles now since MC (not counting the cycle directly after ERPC which was much longer due to HCG falling at snail-pace), and I've ovulated on CD17 both months and had a 29 day cycle each time (assuming I do come on tomorrow, which feels likely).

This has given me hope for next cycle when I get back to properly trying because I will have a more clear idea of when I should be DTD. So I'm a happy bunny. Also happy because I've not been ratty with PMS this month.

Hang in there those of you in TTW and a bit too early to test. Keep busy. Good luck!!!

@YellowDaffodils86 heres what that ic looked like (I've struggled to even get the lines the same darkness before)
Plus I only do it once with fmu, none of this testing multiple times a day with limit drinking and holding my wee in, much less hassle!

@YellowDaffodils86 I used the ics for several months but have now been using the advanced digital clear blue ones for a couple of months now. For me they work perfectly, in fact when I get a static smiley on them I tested with an ic a couple of hours later and got the strongest positive I'd ever gotten. I don't think I'll go back to ics now.

@anyday88 I am in the same boat even down to the sore boobs which are making it harder for me to be the realistic person I meant to be at this stage

Report
YellowDaffodils86 · 29/06/2018 16:45

@Boboelephant do you really feel temping is worth doing then? I think i said earlier i have considered it lately.
The question earlier was about whether the clear blue ovulation kits with the static smiley etc were any better than the cheaper ovulation sticks, that i think alot of us use including me and you?

I am currently trying to stop myself from ordering a frer. I had a positive at 10dpo with my mc which would be roughly Monday I think 🙈

I know realistically I should wait as long as I can but it is so hard!!

My boobs feel really sore today and with each day I am becoming more hopeful when I was trying to be realistic at the start of the tww. Currently roughly 7dpo so it's anybody's guess right now 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Boboelephant I would jks if you feel like it 😊

🤞🏻for everyone in the tww and lots of jks for those of you coming to the fw!

@rdm10 hello! Nice to hear from you. Sorry you've got so much anxiety and hope it subsided soon. How are you feeling apart from that?
@HidCat ooh that does sound promising! Fingers crossed. I'm glad you can be so optimistic, I'm not sure I'd be handling all that as well as you are. I should be 39 weeks and seeing really pregnant women still feels very hard. Well done you. I'm ok thanks. Just waiting for ovulation. Trying SMEP this month and so today should be an off day as no positive opk yet. But lots of EWCM so seems odd not to JKS. May do it anyway!
@Laney79 for me I find charting makes me less crazy. I've certainly used less pregnancy tests! It takes the guesswork out of ovulation and I defo rely on temping as the most reliable indicator. Because I do it every day fertile or not I don't think DH really even notices anymore.
@YellowDaffodils86 as mentioned above I think temping is the way to go. I know it can seem like another thing but it really does help to take the wondering out. If I wasn't temping I would have assumed that I had ovulated that month and would have been a good 5 days out. I like to have as much info as I can! Not sure what you are asking about opks sorry?
@Funkyemzie I really don't know sorry. I hope you can find an answer though.

So many of you in the tww!! How exciting! I'm impatiently waiting for ovulation here- I think it probably should be Monday.
