Confused & probably panicking unneccesarily

Hi all
Hoping for some reassurance and sorry this is long but feeling a bit confused. Not ttc as hubby & i had decided not to have kids. Also, was diagnosed with endo a few months ago & had lap at end of march to remove some so kinda thought it was not possible anyway.Been on pill since coil removed in dec & periods normal. However, had couple of post op infections after lap so needed antibiotics. Read up that the ones i was given shouldnt affect pill so wasnt worried. However, been feeling weird for the last few weeks & wondering if maybe with all the chaos of hospital, infections etc i could have got pregnant.
Was feeling bit sicky first few weeks & few dizzy spells. This week had itchy nipples & been very hungry. Still on pill as i took consecutive packs as we were going on hols so dont know if ive missed period yet. Did cheapy test & negative.
Kind of wanting advice of whether im likely to be just getting ahead of myself & putting random symptoms together when chances are slim or if anyone else knows of this happening to them or someone they know

If the test was negative you're probably not pregnant. You say you've been feeling like this for a few weeks so if it was because of pregnancy the test would be positive by now.

Forgot to say im also wanting to pee all the time but think im drinking less than normal so it seems weird
