Did anyone 'just know' they were pregnant before testing?

I've heard lots of people in real life mention that they 'just knew' they were pregnant. Did anyone on here feel that? And were the right or wrong??

I suspected with both my children and wasn't surprised at all, more 'thought so', but not sure I ever definitely 'knew' before testing.
I was however certain from the moment I found out that they were both girls, and they were.

Did anyone 'just know' and how often were you right or wrong?

Oh bless Sad I guess all you can really do is take each day as it comes!
I bet that's a very rewarding career Grin I'm in the first stages of becoming a counsellor, hopefully going to get in to uni this year Grin
when I think of us trying, brave isn't the word that comes to mind haha Grin he'd like his grandmother to meet his first born, which is so sweet, I don't think we'll ever feel "ready" but I'm the type of person who just bites the bullet and goes for it, I wouldn't be with him if I wasn't like that :') I moved 500 miles to be with him when I barely knew him, but it's worked out pretty damn fine Wink
I'm a massive worrier too though haha, hence the amount of posts I've made since I joined 5 days ago haha :')
the body regulating itself is bloody shit! wish it'd just do what it's supposed to straight away Hmm

I've had operations for it... But it's just got worse recently - most of the time it's fairly well controlled though.. OH is wonderful and knows all about it. He is very supportive but is going through a terrible time at the moment, so I dont wanna off load on him too much about having a baby... Plus, there is so much I wanna do before we have children I'm in 2 minds as we'll.. Don't wanna leave it too late and find I can't have them. Goodness knows - we shall see what the future brings lol

And thank you :) my husband would call it being nosey haha :) he is a nurse too... :)

Yes, get all of your illnesses out the way now and still be dancing in your 90's - I like the sound of it!
You are very brave for trying for children.. At 24 and married I just don't feel at all ready... Lol I'm a worrier though! It will take a while to get your body regulated after your pill - I've had 2 periods since coming off in August... It's been like a bloody roller coaster! :)

I've just had to have a look at what that is, that sounds awful Sad
have you discussed it with your OH? I'm only just 20, but have always wanted a baby, my OH said he wasn't ready and I didn't mention it at all, until I ran out of my pill and we were unprotected for 2 weeks, I told him I could be pregnant and he suggested we started trying anyway! Maybe your OH needs to know how you feel on the subject, I know men don't like to talk about feelings and stuff so it can be hard Sad but I'm sure he'll come around Smile I don't know you but you sound like a wonderful woman, you're very helpful to people Grin

it's always one thing after another with me, by the time I hit 70 I better be fit as a bloody fiddle! Wink feeling rather nauseous today, can't wait for my early response tests to come, just so I know

I'm under gynae specialists for endometriosis and Adenomyosis... At the age of 24, I've been given 3 options - tens machine to control pain, hysterectomy or put me into an induced menopause.
THe subject of babies is a touchy subject.. OH doesn't want any yet, but I'm struggling with the daily symptoms. In addition, coming off the pill to try and curb all my symptoms has just made me massively paranoid about being pregnant as I was pregnant on a pill at 18... Nightmare!?
Some brown discharge when I wipe last night as well as feeling really sicky at work... Someone vomited (I'm a nurse) and I threw up... That's not normally like me.

Oh no... One thing after another isn't it! Plenty of fluids and rest for you, I think!

Hey Rachel! I saw your other post... I can imagine how strange that must have been whe that happened... Unfortunately, I know all too well how that feels - it happens most times we DTD. The only difference is I get immense pain! :(
How you feeling? Any updates?

Oh bugger Sad

I've not tested again yet, but I'm quite spooked after something that happened tonight, so I'm gonna have to mention it to the nurse when I see her on Tuesday Sad xx

I'm under gynae specialists.. So I don't think they would do a lot other than just say "see how it goes..." So frustrating! Also - I start night shifts tonight, so no alcohol for me! :(

Any news from you guys? Xx

I was 1000% sure I wasn't with my DD (surprise baby) DP made me test and I threw it at him saying 'SEE I TOLD YOU IM NOT' and just saw the word pregnant come up! With a previous pg I knew straight away all tests were negative but was so sure I went to docs and demanded a scan.. Sadly had a mmc but I was right, I just knew it.
