How long did it take to conceive?

Hi all - I am brand new here (this is my very first post) and have just decided to start TTC this month.
I am 29, my husband is 31... I was wondering how long it took all of you to get pregnant (if you have managed)?

1st time 18 months
2nd time once!!!!
3rd time 3 months ( 12 years after the first, mmc at 12 weeks)
4th time- 6 months after mc just found out yesterday so fingers crossed

Pg 1, not actively trying, miscarriage
pg 2, 8 months, another miscarriage
pg 3, 3 months, successful
pg 4, 1 month, so far so good. I am now 35, was 32 when i conceived the first time.

obviously i was unlucky with the losses but i was lucky with never taking a year or more to conceive. Anything within six months is really good and even up to a year is normal.

Ds first cycle (I was 28)
Now I'm 31 and been trying for dc2 for 14 months. Moving ahead with ivf in January as dh has no normal shaped sperm. God knows how we managed to get pregnant with ds first cycle.

MC 1: 6 months
MC 2 (ectopic): 6 months
MC 3 (ectopic): 18 months
Just had first round of ivf. 3 years in total; I'm 33.

I'm 24 and it's taken me 3 years with 4MC and an ectopic, I'm currently 6 weeks and 2 days with everything crossed!

I seem to fall pregnant very easily BUT I also have trouble when pregnant. I have two children out of seven pregnancies and both my boys born very prem - 10 and 9 weeks. I am now stopping and counting myself very lucky.

Dd2 - 4/5 cycles
Dc3 - on cycle number three

So, are you pregnant or did af come?

DC1 I was on the pill.
DC2 on a different pill
DC3 on pill.
DC4 dtd once without using any contraception.
DC5 split condom map taken within 24 hours.

Now trying and on cycle 3, so far nothing :( I think I kind of assumed it would happen straight away!

DD- 4yrs
DS2- first month
This one cooking- three months (I'm 10wks)

1 yr 8 months, mc @ 6-8wks
2 yrs 1 month so far in total but feeling hopeful for a 2014 baby.

My advice - daydream, get excited, enjoy anticipation and seek medical advice if no luck after a year. Also do your best not to test early and congratulate yourself when you manage this (even 2 years on I rarely do).

We're on cycle 27 and I've just turned 29. I was 26 when we started TTC so assumed youth and health would make it easy!

It's hard to hear about people conceiving by accident or on their first attempt but I've realised that this is my own particular journey and I will travel it wherever it takes me.

I wasn't trying the first time age 30
Second time I got pregnant the first month age 33

Pg 1 - a month, mc (I was 25)
Pg 2 - 3 years, dd is now 6 (I was 28)
Pg 3 - unplanned, ds is now 3 (i was 31)
