Hi ladies,
Just thought I would post something positive, to show that you can defy the odds when ttc. Basically 2 years ago after ttc for 1yr me and DH had tests done, mine normal, his showing v.low sperm count. Obviously I was v.upset, but GP was very upbeat, telling us that 'it only took one sperm' to cause a pregnancy. A week later on a v. relaxing holiday I got pregnant with with DS.
Fast forward to this year, we begin ttc again in New Year as we figure it took so long last time, and today I have just got a BFP with no2!
So bascially, I just want to say that even if you are given the worst news ever in the GP's surgery, it is possible to still conceive naturally. Twice! Ttc has been one of the most testing parts of my life, watching others get pg really easily, being asked 'if we want more children', obsessing about it every month. I really have been there, but honestly it may just happen with time, just not at quickly as everyone else. Oh and take really expensive pre-conception vitamins and get DH to take zinc supplements. Thats my top tip! :)
