Hi everyone,

AF is due tomorrow (I think), I've been feeling really out of sorts the last week but trying to ignore it as every month I've convinced myself I'm pregnant when I'm not Blush

Anyway I have held off and held off until I couldnt any longer and I did a test last night partly so I could stop worrying as it would come back negative.

Well it turned positive within about a minute, it was a strong line as well Shock

I had a very early MC back in April because I had done early testing, however the lines were always really faint, nothing like this.

I've heard people say you should disregard tests that are done before you miss AF as the % of chemical pregnancies are so high.

I dont want to get my hopes up, I havent told DH as he'll be annoyed that I've done an early test.

What does everyone think? I should probably do another test in a couple of days shouldnt I?

Thanks :) xx

I dont want to get myself all excited for nothing, I really wish I hadnt done it now and just waited 2 more days..................oh well we are off to see the in-laws this weekend (joy!) so hopefully that will distract me.

I know what you mean though jumpingjack, I've been known to do tests even after AF comes in the hope its implantation or something else Blush.

It does drive you to distraction doesnt it! Especially when you are impatient like me and want everything yesterday.

Lots of luck to you both :) xx

Thanks duffegg Smile

How long have you been ttc? We started in Jan this year and foolishly thought it would happen really quickly. We're possibly 2 of the most impatient people in the world, so every month is just more frustration!

TBH, when I eventually get a bfp, I think I'll do a load of tests, just to keep seeing that long-awaited line! (Am I sad?!)

Hi, I'm going through the same thing as you, due on either today or tomorrow (body all over the place since started ttc!). I'm trying to convince myself I'm about to start so I don't get my hopes up as I have every month. Dwelling on every little sign that AF is about to start!

DH has hidden my tests so I'm not tempted to jump the gun - have agreed to test on Sunday if no AF still. [impatient emoticon]

I'd be tempted to go with your test result and do another tomorrow or the day after, just to be sure.

Will keep my fingers crossed for you! Smile
