Dolls clothes - sizes

I've been asked to get baby born sized clothes, (although the actual brand doesn't matter), so I had a quick look on amazon and they are crazy expensive. Would tiny baby, baby clothes or similar be the right size? Or are there any other places I can get cheaper dolls clothes.
TIA

Dd has some of her old tiny baby clothes for her baby born. The 5lb ones are a bit big but not overly so.

eBay use to be quite good for second hand baby born clothes but its been a couple of years since I looked.

Thanks, I think it was the shock that dolls clothes cost more than baby clothes but then they aren't as easy to pick up second hand which is I suppose one of the reasons.

You can get doll clothes in toys r us which aren't too badly priced, approx £6 an outfit.

DD's is an ELC doll which is the same size as baby Anabelle (so slightly bigger than baby born I think).

She has some tiny baby clothes. They are a bit on the big side but especially when DD was younger that just made them a bit easier for her to put on.

Premature baby size 3lb - 5lb fit quite well but tend to be only vests and sleepsuits.

I noticed dolls clothes in Tescos the other day, perhaps worth a look.

Not sure about sizes (I'm looking for 14 inch ones and not come up with much) but have found these in the Asda sale which look quite good
