Has anyone had this? Noticed this morning that DD has a rash across her genital area (nowhere else). She hasn't complained about it so it can't be sore and neither does it seem to be irritating her. What with the good weather, she has spent a lot of time in and out of paddling pools this week so I'm wondering if it could have been caused through wet/damp swimming cossie and not being dried properly. That said, it doesn't look sore like nappy rash.
Thought I would just use sudocrem over the weekend and take her to the doctor on Monday if it's not better.
