Looking for books which can teach 12 years old not to scream/fight/argue

Looks like he is having trouble keeping friends, they often discuss something and goes in argument which leads to fight/saying bad words to each other. I told him these skills of learning to change subject which leads to arguments. But I would appreciate if there is any book which can teach young kids also in the line of "how to win friends and influence people" which seems to be very important in today's scenario to have a good support system.
