This is probably a silly question but I genuinely don’t know.
when weighing food, what is accurate ? Weighing it cooked or frozen?

Whats the purpose of needing to know the weight?
If its for calories you need to know whats printed on the back and whether its the cooked or uncooked weight because when things lose their water in the oven obviously they weigh less than before
As an example, a raw chicken thigh of 100g (boneless and skinless) nearly always comes out as 60g of cooked chicken after going in the slow cooker, I cook up a batch every week and its never any different.
So I count 100g of raw chicken thigh, boneless and skinless for calorie purposes
