Teacher now bullying my child

never posted before but don't know where else to turn.

My child has been bullied by another child on and off last few years but so have a lot of others in the class. When anything was put to teacher the 'blanket effect' has been used and all the children have been talked to as a class instead of the bully being addressed .I might add the child's mother works at the School but my child has never really been bothered and has managed to brush it off.
However before Christmas things came to a head and my child stood up for themselves and got accused of bullying. Since then there have been several instances. My child gets wrong while the other child does not. Until today I get to School where I find out my child was accused of something
And segregated. My child was in tears and other children told me my child was innocent. I feel they are being victimized and singled out by teacher. I told teacher and they said they would look into it but I hold out no hope of anything being done. My child now does not even want to go to School and has cried so much they have made them selves sick.
How do I fix this without making things worse for my child? Also would like to add my child asked for some Help from teacher earlier in the week and was told to look it up online.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks. I've been into School as many times and as have other parents. My main concern now is that I feel her teacher is now singling my child out and the head supports his teacher. Right or wrong

Why doesn't it come into play? Was it followed correctly when your child/you first alleged bullying. Has it been followed since with each bullying incident? Have the sanctions been applied? If not, you need to take it to the governors. The council will just refer you back to the governors until the school processes have been exhausted. If you haven't yet made a formal written complaint to the Head that is likely to be your next step, even if you don't have faith they will deal with it.

Thanks for reply. I've been through anti bullying policy but it doesn't come in to play. I'm going to council for advice. My child has sats soon so that is added worry...part of the problem is that I now think the head is part of it. He supports his staff on matter what. They close ranks when anything is said.

Keep them out of school, go see the head and go through their bullying policy and demand they address it.
